New Mind has announced the appointment of Spanish reseller, Vilau to enable them to exploit the potential of the Spain's lucrative tourism market.

New Mind's Destination Management System (DMS) will complement Vilau's existing interactive communication solutions, allowing the organisation to add value in the Spanish tourist destination market. For New Mind, Vilau will provide a local presence and access to tourism providers in the country.

New Mind´s DMS already drives approximately 50% of England´s public sector tourism websites, providing the foundations for some of the highest performing sites in terms of visitor numbers and income generation.

The company is now embarking on an international marketing strategy, targeting countries where there is potential to boost the local tourism economy by positioning destinations at the forefront of web technology. New Mind´s partnership with Vilau will enable Spanish destinations to present a single source of information to tourists, to entice and compel them to visit, backed up by real time booking, social media, dynamic mapping, video and itinerary planning. For tourism providers in the country, New Mind's DMS will provide all the tools necessary for promotion, collaboration and support.
